A website on Turkish cuisine culture is currently under development by the Turkish Cultural Foundation. In addition to offering recipes on traditional Turkish dishes, the site is an information source on the history and living traditions of Turkish cuisine, and elaborates on the various regional cuisines in Turkey today.

The site features information on the cuisines of Central Asian Turks, such as Uzbek, Kazakh, Turkmen, Azerbeijani and Kirghiz and their influences on Turkish cuisine; provides information on the history of Turkish cuisine, including Seljuk and Ottoman cuisine through the help of historical documents; offers information on the influences and interactions of different ethnic cuisines, such as Arab, Greek, Circassian, Armenian, Georgian, Balkan and Crimean cuisines on Turkish cuisine, and gives insights on the importance of food in Turkish cultural and religious Turkish traditions.
